Description
An innovative first by Elica with their Libra electric induction hob with integrated extractor and weighing scales. No matter how warm the pan, the chef can weigh the contents and add the correct weight of the next set of ingredients without having to have separate bowls. This also allows the chef to know the end overall weight. The scales can be zeroed each time or a hold function can store the selected weight.
As with all of the Elica hob range, the touch sensitive interface is extremely intuitive to use thanks to a single direct slider which controls both cooking and extraction functions. The scale interface is separate so that it can be used even when the hob is off. Benefits of the Libra includes:
